Role
The role focuses on searching for new clients for the company. They have to promote and convince clients to sell the product. Besides they have to negotiate, draft contracts, coordinate with production and other clients’ requirements if any.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Developing customized, preferable strategies.
- Lead Nurturing
- Dealing with international clients and handling client communication.
- Closing sales, and working with the client through the closing process
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must having Growth Mindset
- Ability to smartly tackle calls, connect, and interact with potential lead/clients
- Excellent analytical skill
- Attention to Detail
- Having an understanding of sales management
- Good to follow marketing strategies
Educational Qualification
- MBA with Specialization in International Business (more preferable)
- Any graduate or post-graduate
Experience
- Any fresher or experienced candidate can apply who satisfies some of the criteria mentioned above.
Rotational Shift
- Europe Shift – 4 PM to 1 AM
- US Shift – 10 Pm to 7 AM
